I’m a big believer in cause and effect relationships surrounding health. God has provided natural ways to eliminate or mitigate the health issues we face. The key is finding out what they are and being willing and able to utilize them. In my Health Blogposts I am excited to share with you the natural ways that can be used to improve health while crediting the scientists, doctors, nutritionists, and others I’ve learned from. Maybe you will find one of these to be another favorite resource and be inspired to research a particular concept further on your own.
My Hallelujahs Blogposts will often feature worship songs from a variety of Gospel and Christian music styles past and present that have been on my mind. I’ll share with you my reflections on their faith building, encouraging messages.
