In this post I would like to go over some beginning tips for achieving a low carb or keto diet. With all these foods of course, the more organic and free from additives the better, with little to no processing. It is best to use as much whole (unprocessed) food as possible. This actually tends to be cheaper but can be a huge change unless combined with more time making things from scratch.

Not only does it have a cool and unique sound, but it has an incredibly encouraging message for people in all different circumstances. When we feel overwhelmed by the situations we face, it reminds us that God is sovereign and he loves us. When we put our lives in his hand we can depend on him delivering us.
